Evil Presence. All devils adjacent to the warmonger gains a +1 bonus to Armor Class, attack rolls, and weapon damage rolls. A creature can only benefit from the Evil presence of one warmonger at a time.
Freedom of Movement. The warmonger ignores difficult terrain , and magical effects can’t reduce its Speed or cause it to be restrained . It can spend 5 feet of movement to escape from nonmagical restraints or being grappled .
Lawful Evil. The warmonger radiates a Lawful Evil aura.
ACTIONS
Multiattack. The warmonger attacks twice.
Flaming Longsword. Melee Weapon Attack: +8 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 9 (1d8+5) magical slashing damage plus 3 (1d6) fire damage. If the target is a creature restrained by an infernal net, it takes an extra 9 (2d8) magical slashing damage.
Slam. Melee Weapon Attack: +8 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 8 (1d6+5) bludgeoning damage.
BONUS ACTIONS
Infernal Net. Ranged Weapon Attack: +6 to hit, range 5/15 ft., one target. A Huge or smaller creature hit by the infernal net is restrained until it is freed. A creature can use its action to make a DC 16 Strength check, freeing itself or another creature within its reach on a success. Dealing 10 slashing damage to the infernal net (AC 13) also frees the creature without harming it, ending the effect and destroying the infernal net, but it is immune to all other types of damage except for acid, cold, radiant, and thunder.
With a flaming blade in one hand and a net in the other, this feather-winged devil’s crimson eyes glare in search of a target to subjugate and capture. Steeped in ancient hatreds and bloodlust, a warmonger acts true to its name with every action—though not everything it does is violent, it is always in some way or another working towards unleashing enormous violence.
Fiends are evil-aligned creatures from Hell, the Abyss, and other cursed realms. Most fiends are demons and devils, each of which have their own subtypes and hierarchies. Some fiends, such as hell hounds , are neither demons nor devils.
