Lawful Evil. The devil dwarf radiates a Lawful Evil aura.
Spellcasting. The devil dwarf is a 3rd level spellcaster, using Intelligence as their spellcasting ability (spell save DC 11; +3 to hit with spell attacks). They have the following spells prepared:
Cantrips: mage hand
1st-level (4 slots): thunderwave
2nd-level (3 slots): darkness
ACTIONS
Multiattack. The devil dwarf attacks twice.
Bone Warhammer. Melee Weapon Attack: +4 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 7 (1d10+2) bludgeoning.
Bone Handaxe (6). Melee or Ranged Weapon Attack: +4 to hit, reach 5 ft. or range 20/60 ft., one target. Hit: 5 (1d6+2) slashing damage.
Thunderwave (1st-Level; S). Thunder rolls from the devil dwarf in a 15-foot cube. Each creature in the area makes a DC 11 Constitution saving throw . On a failure, a creature takes 9 (2d8) thunder damage and is pushed 10 feet from the devil dwarf. On a success, a creature takes half damage and is not pushed.
Darkness (2nd-Level; V, S, Concentration). Magical darkness spreads from a point within 60 feet of the devil dwarf, filling a 15-foot-radius sphere and spreading around corners. It remains for 1 minute. A creature with darkvision can’t see through this darkness, and nonmagical light can’t illuminate it.
This stout folk’s features have been altered, looking as if their skin was painted a deep crimson and stretched out to be taut, elongating their smile and making their ears pointed. Its eyes are disturbing as well, a pale and unnatural blue struggling to contain unholy power within, and it reeks of sulfur. These are the newest worshipers of the fiendish lord Zustramet, their bodies and minds still adjusting to the infernal powers the pit fiend grants to its followers—though they were initiated centuries ago, they are still treated poorly by their infernal dwarf betters.
Fiends are evil-aligned creatures from Hell, the Abyss, and other cursed realms. Most fiends are demons and devils, each of which have their own subtypes and hierarchies. Some fiends, such as hell hounds , are neither demons nor devils.
