Choose one creature within 30 feet of you that can see or hear you and has a clear path to you. Make a Persuasion check against the creature’s passive Insight. On a success, you and the creature are fixated on each other until the end of your next turn, and it must spend its next turn safely moving as close to you as possible.

While fixated in this way, you have disadvantage on attacks against creatures other than the creature, and the creature has disadvantage on attacks against creatures other than you.
